Supply, located and qualified.
Next Gold develops the supply network. We search for and identify international producers, manufacturers and suppliers, locate products and raw materials according to market needs, manage requests for quotation and commercial offers, and build lasting relationships with the producers behind them β vegetable oils, seeds, cereals and agricultural raw materials, with other commodity categories on request.
Request a quotationSearch, identification and management of supply
Sourcing is the core of what we do, not a department. Four stages, carried out at origin and across more than 95 countries, turn a market need into a qualified, repeatable source of supply.
Search
Producers, manufacturers and suppliers. We search beyond the names that happen to be offering this week: at origin and across more than 95 countries, for the producers, manufacturers and suppliers genuinely able to serve a given demand.
Identification
Origins, availability, capacity. For each product we establish where it is produced, what is available and when, and how much the source can really supply β the facts an offer has to be built on.
Qualification
Verification of counterparties, documentation, traceability. Before a producer enters our network we verify the counterparty, review its documentation and confirm that the product can be traced to its origin. Nothing enters the network until that verification is complete.
Management
Lasting relationships, recurring supply. A qualified source is managed, not filed. We keep the relationship with each producer active so that supply can be repeated, campaign after campaign, rather than sourced again from zero.
What we analyse before an offer
Five variables, analysed before any offer.
An offer is only as good as the analysis behind it. Before we put a number in front of you, every request is examined against the same five variables β at origin, with the producer, not from a price list.
The result is an offer you can evaluate on its merits: what the product costs, where it comes from, whether it is available, how much can be supplied and on what terms.
Price
Current levels at origin and what is moving them, so the offer reflects the market rather than a single supplier's position.
Availability
Whether the product exists in the volume and the timeframe requested β this season, this month, this shipment.
Origin
Where the product comes from, and whether that origin suits the destination market's requirements and your preferences.
Supply capacity
How much the source can deliver, how often and for how long β the difference between a spot lot and a supply programme.
Commercial conditions
Payment instruments (LC / SBLC / DLC, CAD, TT), incoterms, packaging, documentation and delivery terms, agreed before the offer is issued.
How an RFQ is handled
RFQ received
You send us the product, the volume, the destination and the conditions you need. We reply within 24 hours and confirm exactly what we have understood before any sourcing begins.
Supply located and qualified
We search our network and at origin for producers and suppliers able to serve the request, identify origins, availability and capacity, and verify the counterparty and its documentation.
Offer built
Price, availability, origin, supply capacity and commercial conditions are brought together into an offer you can evaluate β with the documentation and the facts behind every figure.
Operation facilitated
Once you accept, we facilitate the buy-and-sell operation: secured payment instruments, logistics and inspection organised, full traceability through to settlement β and the source kept active for repeat supply.
A diversified supply network
Multiple origins
No buyer should depend on a single origin. We source across more than 95 countries, so a request can be matched to alternative origins when season, price or availability shift β without starting again.
Verified producers
Every producer and supplier in the network is a verified counterparty, with reviewed documentation and full traceability. We work with direct presence at the source β not from a directory of contacts.
Recurring supply
We establish lasting relationships with producers so that a first operation can become a supply programme: the same origin, the same standards and the same conditions, delivered again when you need them.
Secured operations
No funds move without verification. Every operation we facilitate is secured through recognised payment instruments and documented from origin to settlement β for the buyer and for the producer alike.
Sourcing β common questions
Do you only source, or do you buy and sell as well?
Both. Next Gold develops the supply network β searching for, identifying and qualifying producers and suppliers β and facilitates the international buy-and-sell operations of the commodities it sources. We don't act as middlemen: we act as the structuring partner, verifying counterparties, validating product, organising logistics and seeing the operation through to settlement.
How quickly will I receive an offer?
We reply to every RFQ within 24 hours. The offer itself depends on the sourcing: for products already within our active network it can follow quickly; for a new origin or an unusual requirement we tell you the realistic timeframe up front rather than promise a date we cannot keep.
Can my company join the supply network as a producer or supplier?
Yes. We are continually qualifying producers, manufacturers and suppliers of vegetable oils, seeds, cereals and agricultural raw materials, and of other commodity categories. Tell us what you supply, where it comes from and what capacity you have; once your documentation and capacity are verified, you enter our RFQ flow. Start on the Suppliers page.
Tell us what you need to source.
Send us your RFQ β product, volume, destination and conditions β and we will reply within 24 hours.
