We are continually qualifying producers and suppliers across more than 95 countries, and we are selective by design: every source that enters our network is one we will put in front of an international buyer under our own name. Four things decide whether that happens.
Producers & manufacturers
Companies that grow, process or manufacture the product themselves, or supply it with a direct and demonstrable link to the origin. We work with direct presence at the source, and we would rather deal with the people who actually hold the product than with a chain of intermediaries.
Verified origin and documentation
A product we can trace to where it was grown, extracted or made, with the documentation to show it: company records, product documents and the paperwork an international operation requires. Full documentation and traceability are the condition of every operation we close — and they begin with you.
Real supply capacity
Capacity you can commit to and repeat: how much you can supply, how often and for how long. We are not looking for a one-off lot that happens to be available this week; we are looking for sources that can serve a supply programme, season after season. We would rather know the honest figure than an ambitious one.
Competitive, clear conditions
A price that holds at origin and conditions that can be written into an offer — payment instrument, incoterms, packaging and delivery terms — together with the readiness to work under secured instruments such as LC, SBLC, CAD or TT. Clear conditions let us build an offer a buyer can act on, and get you paid against verification.
How to join
Tell us what you supply
Complete the application below: what you produce or supply, where it comes from, your monthly capacity and any certifications you hold. We reply within 24 hours and, where the product fits the demand we see in the market, arrange a first conversation with our sourcing team.
Qualification
We verify the counterparty and review your documentation, confirm the origin and traceability of the product, and establish your real supply capacity and commercial conditions. Where relevant, we request samples. None of this is a formality: it is what allows us to present you to buyers with confidence.
Active in our RFQ flow
Once qualified, you are part of our supply network. When a request for quotation matches your product, origin and capacity, it reaches you with volume, destination and conditions already defined. We structure the operation with you through to settlement — and keep the relationship active for the next one.
