• Anonymous visit statistics: pages viewed and device type, with the IP address irreversibly transformed (hashed). We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other sites.
• Essential cookies: only those necessary for the site to work (for example, keeping your shopping cart during the session).

2. What we use your data for

To provide the service you ask for (processing orders, answering messages), to comply with legal obligations and to improve the site with aggregated statistics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the providers needed to operate: the payment gateway (Stripe) processes your payment directly, the carrier receives your address in order to deliver, and our email provider sends the confirmations. Each of them processes your data under its own security safeguards.

4. Your rights (including the GDPR if you are in the European Union)

You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, and object to or restrict its processing. If you are in the European Economic Area, these requests are handled under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); the legal bases for processing are the performance of a contract (your orders), your consent (forms) and our legitimate interest (anonymous statistics). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

5. Notice for US residents (California and states with similar laws)

We do not sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising. You may exercise your rights of access, deletion and non-discrimination by writing to our contact email.

We use strictly necessary cookies for the site to work (session and cart). Visit statistics do not use cookies and anonymise your IP. Where the cookie banner is available, you can decline statistics and your visit will not be counted.

7. Retention and security

We keep order data for as long as required by tax and accounting obligations, and contact messages for as long as needed to assist you. We apply reasonable technical measures (encryption in transit, restricted access) to protect them.
